Atlanta Community Involvement Spotlight: Youth Dental Education at the Temple Sinai Preschool

At Atlanta Dental Solutions, part of our goal is to improve the Atlanta community’s access to dental care. Dr. Chung’s involvement with Dentistry from the Heart, which we outlined last week, is a great example of how we work to assist these in-need individuals.

However, another key piece of our community involvement is through youth dental education. Every year, Dr. Becker and Cheron Orth, our assistant, visit the local Temple Sinai preschool to educate students on proper brushing and flossing techniques, and the overall importance of taking care of teeth. Building strong oral hygiene habits at an early age are critical to prevention of future dental problems, and balancing this with a healthy diet will contribute to a lifetime of healthy smiles!
